'Rock'

My love of Irish Terriers has introduced me to other fantastic terrier breeds.  Approximately ten years ago I joined forces with my two best friends, Lorraine Pitt (Rievaulx Airedale Terriers) and Liz Walmsley (Coolaney Irish Terriers) to establish the 'Tripwire' prefix under which we show and breed Wire Fox Terriers and Lakeland Terriers.

While we don't always have these breeds in our teams we do enjoy to have them when really good ones come along. Pictured above is our first Lakeland Terrier.  Rock has set the benchmark for us in Lakeland Terriers, to us he personified the breed standard.

Recently we bred a litter of Lakeland puppies and look forward to showing them from time to time.  The litter is sired by Ch Tripwire Take a Hike (Ike) out of Ch Sandimorn Fiend Ncarnate (Fi - bred by Warren Mowles and owned by Mandy Hammet). These puppies are the Grandpups of Rock and eventually we will be looking to breed back to frozen semen we have from Rock.

Pictured below is one of these very promising puppies Tripwire Apres Moi (Marley), photo at 6 months.  Marley has been to limited shows for two Best Baby in Group one minor in group and one best of breed.
